What is your favorite dog moment in a film? I have to go for a tie with Nanook in 'The Lost Boys', bodychecking the Vampire into the bathtub of holy water and Boomer in 'Independence Day' jumping to safety in the tunnel before the alien's fireball hits him.
The first trailer for Brad Pitt's 'Heart of the Beast' has been released online. Pitt plays a former Army Special Forces soldier who goes on a journey to be rescued with his dog Odin after a plane crash in the wilderness. Do you think that if Jenifer Aniston had a dog, they would still be married? I think if Pitt had to take the dog for walks, he wouldn't have had time for Angelina Jolie.
The film is directed by David Ayer (Suicide Squad), who directed Pitt in the war epic 'Fury' and this one looks great with a lot of heroic moments for the dog as they both deal with PTSD flashbacks. The film opens in theaters September 25th, 2026.
