Are you planning on seeing 'Supergirl' in theatres this weekend when it's released in theatres? It's either that, go to the beach or watch World Cup soccer. I kid, I kid my European friends.
Hollywood insider Brandon Davis recently talked to executive producer Lars Winter at the 'Supergirl' premiere, who revealed filming is halfway done for the 'Superman' sequel Man of Tomorrow.'
"We’re creating this Superman family. You’re seeing them [Superman and Supergirl] now gather as a team… and we brought in some of our Hall of Justice friends again. We’re building up. Now you’re seeing all our team together deal… with a whole new level of villain… "
The storyline will involve Superman and Lex Luthor teaming up to fight Brainiac, which leaves me wondering when Batman, The Flash, Wonder Woman and Cyborg will be finally introduced into the DCU.
