Deadline is reporting that Bradley Cooper is in talks to join Margot Robbie in the prequel to the 'Ocean's' franchise. The duo will play the parents of Danny and Debbie Ocean, that was played by George Clooney and Sandra Bullock. Cooper will replace Ryan Gosling, who was circling the role ever since it was announced last year.

'Twisters' director Lee Isaac Chung will direct from a script by Carrie Solomon (A Family Affair). I wrote an article a few days ago about how Clooney said in an interview that Warner Bros approved the budget for 'Oceans 14' and it will film in ten months, so it looks like Warner Bros is building their Ocean's IP brand. I suspect Clooney and Bullock may cameo at the end, as it leads to the next modern-day film.
