After more than a decade of silence, the Final Destination franchise is back—and bloodier than ever. Final Destination: Bloodlines marks the sixth entry in the iconic horror-thriller series, bringing a fresh yet familiar twist to the twisted dance between fate and survival. The full trailer just dropped, and fans are already spiraling with anticipation.

Directed by Adam Stein and Zach Lipovsky, and penned by Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor, the film follows college student Stefanie, whose terrifying recurring nightmare triggers a journey back home. She's desperate to uncover a mysterious family link—and possibly disrupt Death’s deadly chain before it claims her loved ones.

Set within the same universe where seemingly random accidents are anything but, the trailer teases gruesome near-deaths, ominous clues, and the series’ signature Rube Goldberg-esque fatal setups. It’s a harrowing reminder that in the Final Destination universe, no death is ever accidental—and no one escapes forever.

New blood joins the cast, including Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, and Brec Bassinger, while horror icon Tony Todd reprises his enigmatic role, adding continuity and an extra layer of dread for longtime fans.

Produced by Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan Taylor, Jon Watts, Dianne McGunigle, and Toby Emmerich, Bloodlines promises a terrifying return to form, balancing fan nostalgia with a new generational twist.

The film hits IMAX and cinemas globally starting May 14, with the U.S. release set for May 16. Whether you're a series veteran or a newcomer, this is one premonition you won’t want to ignore.
