How many Batmans will there be before our universe ends?

James Gunn recently talked about the DCU on Threads, where he responded to a fan's question about an update for the DCU Batman for 'The Brave And The Bold'.

"I'm dependent on when there's an actionable script ready. So there is no way of me guessing this. Also, frankly, we're well into 'Batman 2', and I wouldn't want to cloud the Batsphere until after that. I think both Batman and Wonder Woman are incredibly important. But I'm also not going to have two Batman movies come out in the same year."

I've written before on who should play the DCU Batman between Jensen Ackles (Supernatural), Brandon Sklenar (1923), and Alan Ritchson (Reacher). Matt Reeves' Batman film comes out in 2027, so it looks like were a long way off from seeing who will play Batman, the Flash, and Wonder Woman. Do you miss Zack Snyder's DCEU at all?

Whom do you want as DCU Batman? Comment below with your thoughts.
