Which was the best horror film this year? Osgood Perkins' 'The Monkey' or Zach Cregger's 'Weapons'?
The trailer for 'Keeper', the new horror film from Osgood Perkins, is now online and has set horror fans buzzing. Best known for directing 'Longlegs', 'The Monkey' and 'Gretel & Hansel', his new film stars Tatiana Maslany (She-Hulk) and Rossif Sutherland (Murder In A Small Town) as a couple that spend a romantic weekend at a cabin that has an evil presence. Why do all these cabins have ghosts? How come a couple never goes to a cabin and wins the lottery or binges on 'Seinfeld' and wakes up refreshed?
The film was written by Nick Lepard and was shot outside Vancouver, where Perkins has created a solid production team with his last three films with NEON. It will be released in theaters on November 14th, 2025.
