How close do you think the possibility is for a future crossover between DC's Justice League and Marvel's Avengers?
James Gunn opened up in a virtual press conference held earlier this week about the one cameo he wanted in the season 2 finale of 'Peacemaker': "Yeah, I wanted them to open the door and see Deadpool in a room. And I talked to Ryan Reynolds about it, but I think we would've had to go through some pretty big hoops to do that! He wanted to do it."
Gunn later joked: "That's all anybody's going to talk about now. Is f_ _king Deadpool in the other room? I should have never said it!"
The finale of 'Peacemaker,' which aired on Thursday, has divided the internet, with more leaning on the negative side. I found the episode badly paced and dragged on with not much conflict, and I was expecting a big cameo like Superman or introducing the DCU's Batman. It reminded me of the 'Supernatural' series finale, which should have ended with the previous episode, as it had a better cliffhanger for a finale.
Do you think the Deadpool cameo would have been satisfactory or a bad tease of something that would never happen? Comment below with your thoughts.
