Vancouver Film Industry: Will The Second "Fire Country" Spinoff Film Here Or Toronto?

What is your favorite television franchise that was filmed in Vancouver? Is it The CW's 'Arrowverse'? Maybe the 'Stargate' universe? Or maybe something older like 'The X-Files' and its undeservedly cancelled way too-fast spinoff 'The Lone Gunmen'?
It is now confirmed that a second spinoff for 'Fire Country' is now in development at CBS, with it focusing on the medical department in the city of Edgewater. It is expected that the new cast will appear in an episode of the first spinoff, 'Sheriff Country', next year in its second season.
This brings up the big question of where it will be filmed: Vancouver, where 'Fire Country' films or Toronto, where 'Sheriff Country' shoots? I have heard rumours that the reason the spinoff films in Toronto is a child custody agreement for star Morena Baccarin and her ex-husband, where she has to be in the same timezone as Atlanta, where he resides.
Last year, after Jared Padalecki appeared in the flagship show as fireman Camden Casey, there were talks that he would get his own spinoff show titled 'Surfside.' Obviously, those plans have fizzled out as I haven't heard anything about it since it was first announced.
Whether most of the future crossovers will be for 'Fire Country' or 'Sheriff Country' may determine where the show will film. I hope Vancouver lands the show so it can get back to the production levels it was at before COVID and the union strikes.
