Are Jeremy Allen White & Drew Starkey The New Wolverine & Gambit In The MCU's "X-Men?"

Who is your favorite 'X-Men' superhero? I'm definitely going with Quicksilver. His two slow motion rescue scenes are probably my favorite in comic book films. What do you think of them?
Some good news for fans of the MCU, as Hollywood insider Jeff Sneider is reporting that Jeremy Allen White (Shameless, The Social Reckoning) has met with Marvel about playing the new Wolverine in Jake Schreier's 'X-Men' film. He will be the third actor to play the character after Hugh Jackman, of course and Henry Cavill, who cameoed as a variant in 'Deadpool & Wolverine.'
It is expected he will appear briefly in the first film before becoming a larger part. I think this is a mistake. If they are going to bring him in, then make him one of the main focuses, since we all remember how bad it was when Luke Skywalker barely had a cameo in 'The Force Awakens.'
Meanwhile, 'Outer Banks' star Drew Starkey is rumoured to be under consideration to play Gambit, taking over from Taylor Kitsch and Channing Tatum. I can see him doing this, as he was easily the best actor on the Netflix show as spoiled treasure hunter Rafe Cameron.
Still no word on who is in line to play Gambit, but I've seen some fan theories on Jensen Ackles. Imagine if Ackles gets both the DCU Batman and Magneto. The film is expected to start shooting next month for a release on May 5th, 2028.
