"Reacher" & "Neagley" Are Both Renewed On Amazon Prime
Updated: Oct 14
Who is your favorite Jack Reacher? Tom Cruise or Alan Ritchson?
Good news for fans of the Jack Reacher TV franchise as Amazon Prime has renewed both 'Reacher' for a sixth season and its spinoff 'Neagley' for a second season. 'Reacher' just finished airing its fourth season two weeks ago. 'Neagley' was quickly followed by all episodes being released the next day. The flagship show is currently filming its fifth season in Toronto, Canada.
Alan Ritchson (Smallville, War Machine) and Maria Sten (Swamp Thing) lead both series, and their chemistry is one of the biggest highlights for fans. I know the characters are both meant to be solitary, but I think it's their comedic interactions with people on their team and bad guys that really makes it entertaining.
My favorite moment from 'Reacher' was from this season when local actor Sean Kohnke appeared as a villain in two episodes where he was going to shoot Reacher in a van after a cool fight scene that showed off his talents. Very great stuff to see from locals in the Vancouver film industry.
