Stranger Things Netflix

What is your favorite Netflix series? For me, it will always be 'Narcos' followed by 'Cobra Kai.' Yet, neither is on my top ten list of TV shows.

Puck News is reporting that the final season of 'Stranger Things' on Netflix is coming in at a whopping $60 million an episode. With 8 episodes, the budget will be around $480 million. That's more than any DC, Marvel, Avatar, or Star Wars movie. That's half a billion to watch some kids fleeing from some otherworldly being. When all they had to do was set up a free live cam outside Neverland Ranch years ago.

Each episode will be feature-length, from 90 to 120 minutes and will be released like a film, with the first four episodes coming out on November 26th, the next 3 episodes on December 25th, with the grand finale on December 31st. Yay for guys who can't find a girl to kiss at midnight.

The most expensive TV shows have been 'The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power' at $58 million an episode ($465 million total) and 'Citadel' $50 million an episode ($300 million total).

What series is worth amount of money? Plus, what series will keep viewers on each episode for one and a half to two hours? What did they do with each episode that the cost should be so exorbitant? We've had to wait so long for this last season I've certainly lost enthusiasm for it. Now I understand why it took so long. My prediction is viewership will be down.
