HBO has officially extended its stay at The White Lotus! The network announced on Wednesday that the luxury vacation dramedy has been renewed for a fourth season, just weeks ahead of Season 3’s highly anticipated premiere.
Since its debut in 2021, The White Lotus has captivated audiences with its unique format. Each season unveils a fresh ensemble cast and explores a new location within the fictional White Lotus luxury hotel chain. Season 3, set to premiere on Sunday, February 16, at 9/8c, takes viewers to Thailand. Leading the new ensemble are Walton Goggins, Parker Posey, and Carrie Coon, while Natasha Rothwell returns as spa manager Belinda, reprising her fan-favorite role from Season 1.
The brainchild of writer-director Mike White, The White Lotus has garnered widespread acclaim and numerous awards. Its first season, set in Hawaii, earned 20 Emmy nominations and took home awards for Best Limited Series, along with acting wins for Murray Bartlett and Jennifer Coolidge. Season 2 shifted to Sicily, landing 23 Emmy nods and a second win for Coolidge as Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
As fans eagerly await the Thai-set third season, speculation has already begun about where The White Lotus might journey in Season 4. Could it be the Caribbean? The Alps? With its sharp social commentary, dark humor, and breathtaking settings, this series continues to redefine the vacation experience.
