Will Marvel Skip Commercials At This Year's Super Bowl?

What is your favorite Super Bowl? For me its Super Bowl 51 when Tom Brady led the New England Patriots to a 34-28 victory over the Atlanta Falcons after being down 28-3 in the third quarter. Next Sunday, the Bradyless Patriots take on the Seattle Seahawks in the historic Super Bowl 60 at Levi's Stadium in San Francisco at 630pm EST on NBC.
Deadline has a new article out that Marvel will sit out this year's Super Bowl for commercials, with the trade reporting: "Word is Marvel Studios, which has 'Avengers: Doomsday' (Dec 18) and 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' with Sony (July 31), is sitting out in what’s arguably a Super Bowl anomaly. In years past, they’ve had movies like 'Deadpool & Wolverine', 'Thunderbolts*' and more."
As a big NFL fan, I probably watched over 50 NFL games this season, so the commercials and halftime show are less important to me than who wins the game. My favorite team Tampa Bay Buccaneers, missed the playoffs, which was really upsetting since they started the season 6-2 before losing their next seven in nine games. Is their quarterback Baker Mayfield the answer?
For film studios, the price of a 30-second commercial has gone up from $7.5 million to $10 million, so several studios are sitting out, including Apple, Sony, and Warner Bros, which also won't premiere a new 'Supergirl' trailer.
Those expected to air are Lionsgate's 'Michael', Pixar's 'Toy Story 5' and 'Hoppers', Disney's 'Mandalorian & Grogu', Universal Pictures 'Super Mario Galaxy' and 'Minions 3', and Steven Spielberg's 'Disclosure Day'. Are you going to watch even if you hate football?
